Summer swim programs
I highly encourage you to swim over the summer to get ready for girls season. It is highly beneficial to your training during the girls season. Your goal should be to come into the high school season swimming faster than you were the previous season or at least where you were at the end of the season. This is good for obvious reasons and then we do not have to spend half the season just getting you back to where you were the previous season. This is how you really improve. We really have the potential to do something special next season. The more swimmers we have doing this the stronger we will be as a team.
